When you call the Michigan Department Of Treasury, and they put you on hold, they have this music, like string quartet chamber music, and they run spoken advertisements over it. It sounds like a commercial break on NPR, okay. Imagine this music, this sort of non-emotional, Baroque string arrangement, with a man's voice droning, "Did you know that one in seven children who use online chatrooms have been approached by pedophiles?"
