Worldcon bid and other things

This should be an interesting week in Fandom as the World Science Fiction Convention chooses the host city for Worldcon. All Worldcon bids are required to file a formal submission in support of their application to host the Worldcon. Bids must submit their filing no less than 6 months before the Worldcon where the vote will take place. In the case of the 2011 site selection, the filing deadline is February 7, 2009.
