Wondercon 07

Things are starting to ramp up once again for "Yesterday Was A Lie". We'll be at Wondercon in San Francisco this weekend and I couldn't be prouder of how this film is going. We'll be holding a panel along side the $100 million films out there. That's right, just little ol' us alongside SpiderMan 3, The 300 and others. This past weekend was WonderCon . It's a smaller version of Comic Con that is held down south in San Diego every year. This year was my first year of attending. Since it was in the city I decided to go for most of the weekend, sleeping over at TWB's house so I wouldn't have to drive back and forth over da bridge. Good times were had by all. It was WAY smaller than I expected. I'm used to the massively large San Diego ComicCon , where I can get lost in the exhibit hall and not have nearly enough...

It's time once again for WonderCon! My Friday was not as jam-packed and eventful as last year's because I had to attend a department off-site, but luckily, said off-site was less than a mile from Moscone Center! So during the afternoon break, I could totally walk down and start WonderConning early! It was about 1:20 when I got there; if I had put more thought into my spontaneous excursion, I would have realized that the Sit Down, Shut Up panel was going on and I could have seen Will Arnett...

Between work and basically being sick for a month, rl has been pretty hectic. But now that the beginning of the semester is over, things have calmed down quite a bit. And it's also nice to (finally) be back to 100% healthwise. Fandom-wise, I've got a few ideas bouncing around my head, like a Trinity AU bunny. I don't know what it is but the Trinity muse has been pretty strong lately, we'll see how that shapes up. Tomorrow is my birthday and during the day I'm going to WonderCon with some friends...
