At the Intelligent Vehicle Tech Transfer conference I found out about Carnegie Mellon's Robot Hall of Fame , established in April of 2003 to recognize excellence in robotics technology worldwide and honor the fictional and real robots that have inspired and made breakthrough accomplishments in robotics.
