We went to the Baltimore Zoo today. As member of the Friends of the National Zoo, we can get in free to a bunch of other zoos all around the country, and the Baltimore Zoo is one of them. Since admission is normally $15 a person on the weekend, it seemed like a huge bargain to get in for free. So we finally made the 75-minute trek to Baltimore (now that we have a car we felt could get us there and back without breaking down) to check it out.
