Today i received an email saying there was this Extraordinary USEF rule change to dressage. Now ive only successfully shown to second level, and this was my first year showing recognized shows, so i'll admit i dont follow this level of rules and the changes they have made. Does someone know exactly what was so amazing about these changes? I couldnt seem to find the part that was quote "extraordinary", and the email just gave links to the rule book and the FEI site, not summarizing what had changed... read more
