I was referred to Urgent Care by the AF base for a relentless sinus infection. While I was in the waiting room, I witness this woman come in with her two daughters, one of which had a cold-induced earache. I understand that these things HURT, so okay. Not a problem that she's there. So when the mother went to the front desk to fill out the paperwork (she was in lounge-clothes and slippers...wtf, mate?), they asked her to pay the co-pay up front...duh, standard procedure, right? She starts CRYING...
