It's the entry you've been waiting for/dreading! The really long one that details our adventures in the US! Our trip started on the 17th of June, at 4am. Having got very little sleep the night before, I was rather groggy, and do not remember the flight from Christchurch to Sydney, nor from there to San Francisco, as happy events.
