A sufficient amount of sleep for me is 10-12 hours. Usually I will get to bed around 10 and wake up at 8, and then go back to sleep for a couple more hours. I realize that this may not be normal, but it has been going on for a couple of years now. If I have to wake up anytime before I have slept at least 10 hours, I am tired and grouchy and generally feel like shit, especially if I have to sleep less than 10 hours for days at a time.
