I hurt my damn foot again on Monday so I couldn't run this week. I focused on swimming and biking and did a damn good job if I do say so myself. I need to work on biking on hills, though. I did a few hills on my long bike ride and was huffing and puffing. I was supposed to start brick training this week but the foot wasn't having it.
