It is so nice out. We've got the ceiling fans (all 5 of them) going, the windows open, and we're airing out the joint for the first time since ~early October. Mmmm. And we're cooking for the Bristol Lodge Soup Kitchen today. We'd bought 10 lb. of chicken last weekend, and we planned to make the delicious Hungarian standby, Chicken Paprikash.
