I've recently upped my calories in an attempt to break a plateau, but I'm finding it hard to get that many good calories every day! I was so used to eating a 1200-1300 calorie diet that it's hard to reach 1400-1500! I'm basically wondering if anyone has any suggestions for highish calorie snacks (i.e. anything up to 150 cal) that I can have to raise my daily intake a little bit.
