tivo com lineup reporting tool returns

I have a lineup issue that has now gone unresolved for three months, with two separate cases open... *sigh* In trying to find TiVo's support phone number and hours of operation on their site tonight, I found that the form to report lineup issues has returned -- and it's being redirected from http://www.tivo.com/lineup as it once was. read more
