It seemed like as soon as i opened my eyes it hit me that my hearing was taking place...right now. i couldnt call Frank so i had to wait for him to call me...which he did around 4pm. He said it was one of the longest motion hearings he has ever been to...and he said it went well. The Judge did not make a decision on the spot, which she could have, probably against me, but she didnt. With the holiday coming up and all, i have no idea when she will rule.
