There was an informercail on this morning called switchskinnysecret  and basicly the diet plan was like 2468, but the numbers were in the house thousands instead of hundreds.....& people actually pay to get that informatiion... lol i thought it was funny. theres was a three day cycle, and on the third day you ate nothing but carbs, how could that even work...   anyway i just thought i would share....have a nice day.. today is my 200 day :)
