Arrived in Amsterdam on Thursday and met up with kalijean and her husband. We did a bit of walking around for a few hours and then it was time for me to meet up with seventimes , my incredibly generous host and owner of the cutest and sweetest kitty in all of the Netherlands, whom I am kitty sitting until I leave on Monday. Spent my day yesterday walking around town, taking photos and browsing a few shops. Today I think I'm heading over to the NDSM , which is an abandoned shipyard...

I am very well and glowing like an andalician sunset for having seen some wonders on the weekend. I got up at 5am, pedalled down to Temple Meads, during which time my brake seized, but onwards I must. Got there with three minutes to spare to lock up my bike, run like fury to the platform, and swear vehemently at the Cardiff train as it departed then realise, about turn, there's my train. On to London. Got the tube on the 7th of July, aided by Diazepam, and checked in at the Eurostar terminal...
