TFI Friday

Purple Dave is in the car hospital. He gets too hot so my Dad rang the garage where I got him and they said to bring him in straight away. He's an in-patient so I've got a courtesy car. We did get paid today. After a lot of shouting on my part. I did something that I felt was badly needed and worth sharing. See, since we've been here, we've heard a lot about "in Korea we do this" and "in Korea we do it that way" etc. But no one's asking us how we want to do things. I'm loving (most) aspects of Korean culture and am happy to 'fit in'. But if you're employing foreign staff, you need to know what those staff are expecting. Work is of the suck so we shall not speak of the suck (we shall merely plan, plot and speak to advisors), also that bugger Mercury (*waves fist of fury at heavens*) is in retrograde though Virgo from Sept 7th-29th. And man do I know this. Say what you like about astrology (and I pretty much ignore it most of the time) but I can tell when Mercury is in retrograde because everything usually starts to slide down the crapper...
