I'm honoring St. Patrick's day in my usual fashion by not going to any bar where morons in green hats are getting stupid drunk. Which is pretty much all of them. Truth be told, I avoid any bar that attracts the kinds of people that St. Patty's generally brings out in force. Party bars with loud drunks hold little appeal for me.
