Update - I'm not doing so great actually, I was doing my 2040608 diet but gave up as I had gained 3 pounds plus my pc broke and didn't have the inspiration to keep going so I am making a juice to purge the crap out of me and start a 5 day water and juice fast (2 juice a day).
