Spore arrived yesterday (a day early - good old Gameplay!), and Tom has been playing it rather obsessively. I played for a little while today and it's wonderful fun, though I don't feel myself getting completely sucked into it as I was expecting to. I enjoyed playing it but after an hour I felt I had played for long enough and could put the game down, which I think is ideal.
