I've had a lovely break, spending it with family and friends. I didn't eat too much or too unhealthily. L and R came over for dinner and DVDs last night - I did a traditional-ish lamb roast (coated in plum sauce and cooked on the go-roundy-thing), with roast spuds, carrots in verjuice and steamed broccoli and brussels sprouts. And L and R created an amazing pudding using SCIENCE. And a wonder entre - mulberry caviar on a shortbread biscuit. Lots of good viewing too - Mission:Impossible; Blakes... read more
