... so I took him up the Acropolis , originally uploaded by pretinama_uk . So today was a visit to Athens and we went to the Acropolis. Our tour guide was really interesting and gave a very colourful picture of the city and shared her views on a number of subjects (my favourite was her description of politics: "poli" meaning many and "tics" as in blood suckers).
