So after much thought, I decided that it would probably be a little bit best for a bit of a refresher as to what my nutrition and fitness goals are, being as I took a bit of a vacation from them, so to speak, these last few days. As far as food, I need to get as much lean protein as I can in, in the form of soy, beans and nonfat dairy.
