Skillet baked ziti and Vietnamese kohlrabi salad

You'd think ziti wouldn't be difficult to find in any old grocery store, but you'd be wrong. We stopped at two different places and neither carried ziti. It boggles the mind. We opted for substituted rigatoni for the ziti instead, since it has a similar size and shape, and everything turned out fine. The concert was amazing. Skillet threw an amazing show ofcourse, and so did Barlow Girl. The other artist were great aswell. Im glad I got to experience that with my sister and my Mom. Also, we got the puppy! He's actually sleeping peacefully next to me. Adorable little fucker... We've decided to name him Asher.
