Seperation anxiety

I need some ideas on how to handle my sons most recent episode of separation anxiety. He's 7 years old, taking a short session at summer school. He did OK in 1st grade with only few times of running after me down the hall way to give me something he forgot to take home the day before but then he went back to class without trouble. I battle each day with suicidal thoughts, though its more like urges, and not voices. its mostly morning hours, but it does happen on and off. It keeps eating at me. I feel weak and exhausted all day. My sleep is usually disturbed and I always feel like I'm dreaming anyway. I spent 4 days with my mother, and I've always been attached to her. I'm home now and I keep checking my pulse, certain stupid things. I've always had this sort of "seperation anxiety" because I don't feel safe without my parents...

So the move into the new apartment has caused Josiah (my puppy) to spiral backwards. He sufferes from seperation anxiety and apparently during the first days of being here while I was at work, he barked his head off. Which caused someone to call and complain. Which led to mother calling the dog behavioral specialist which further led to intensive training that must take place for the next 6 weeks (so i don't get kicked out of my apartment).
