I just don 't know how this exercise is worth it.  In July 2005 I managed to get plantar fasciitis when jogging.  Basically the band of tendons on the bottom of your food that links the heel and the forefoot becomes torn/inflamed.  It is very painful.  At the time I was only 200 lbs.  I think it is from running on uneven sidewalks in Buenos Aires, Argentina.  Anyway take a few months off, then go back to running January 2006.  The podiatrist basically took x-rays and stuff and then diagnosed Plantar... read more
