Yup, it's true. Can't be denied. Spring is here. I went home on my lunch break to spoil walk the pups and saw that the purple crocus are up and blooming in my front garden. It is south facing so gets more sun, and the limestone foundation of the house absorbs the sun's heat so I am sure there is a nice warm micro-climate going on there. I will have to dig out my camera tonight and get a couple pictures. I think that this may be a record for my gardens. I usually don't get any actual blooms before...

Last week, after arriving home from Alaska and taking a nap, I proceeded to try and fit in as much stuff as I could over a one-week period. Because now I am up in Michigan for two weeks visiting my family and probably some other people. It's nice and relatively cool here- 70's and 80's with low humidity as opposed to in the 90's every single day with high, high humidity.
