dear diary, did some culture last night - theatre. one man show called dishpig. I didn't realize I was having like 2-3 cups of milk in the morning with my protein powder as it seems that a cup is slightly larger then a urine sample cup and slightly smaller then a medium coffee from Timmie ho's (don't even ask them for a small , normal people that that a thimble)and I may have the 2 sizes confused as its been a while since I've seen either.
