We've had Snoopy for almost six years now.  Since we got him, we have lived in a townhouse.  And the rules for having pets is simple - pick up after them.  Fine.  We do that.  Some of our neighbors, however, don't pick up after their dog at all.  We see poop all the time that's left on the piece of lawn across the street from our house.   Well, someone thinks we're not picking up after Snnopy.  They have somehow 'intelligently' deduced that, since the poop is big, it must be from Snoop - the ONLY...
