I had my appointment for new orthotics today and I was totally impressed with the pedorthist. She's a former track coach so she's down with the runners. And she has a studio right there on site, so I'll pick up my new custom orthotics next week, not 6-8 weeks from now when they get sent back from wherever. And she can adjust them right there on site if necessary. And they're less expensive than my last ones. So all around it's been a better experience so far.
