Only one more day until spring break I m so glad This...

Only one more day until spring break! I'm so glad. This past week has just been too chaotic. There are so many things I want to do; read my stack of new books, go shopping, eat out, watch movies... Ugh, but still one more day to endure. I rearranged all my scarves, gloves, hats today, so they're neatly in my drawers. i cant believe that i am saying this, but as of 8 this evening, i am now on spring break!! eeeeeee!!! *doing backflips* but there is a downside to this. i will have be awake before 10 tomorrow to be picked up by my mom. *pouty face* i dont know if i will be awake by then!!  it also sucks that i have tons of homework to do over break! just cuz teachers think that we have all this free time, then it means that we can do a bunch of homework. dont they realize that we're on break!! that means no work...

Aladdins restaurant has these 3 special wines from Argentina or somewhere that you can only get during February and March. I had one today, and it wasn't too bad. I also like their mint tea. And their salads, and their soups. It's a pretty nice place, Aladdins. Just beware of their wines with the floral aftertaste. Yeah, it tastes like flowers. Anyway, I realize that my journal doesn't make a lick of sense most of the time (or ever), but it's goddamn wintering outside. Winter. For fucks sake. How...

Only a few more hours until Spring arrives. It has been a good winter; I started practicing regular confession and adoration, got with the program, 'hooked up' with 'old friends', and have been thinking about the older. New friends were made, and I had one really bad bulletin board. I marched for life at the capital in January, celebrated my 21st, and spent a week in Florida with some amazing friends. And Michigan took one last stab at winter today; I had to brush off half of an inch of snow off...

One more snow storm for the winter of 07 and I think its finally done. Thank goodness. I am soooo ready for the spring to get here. I can't stand the piles of snow in front of the house, the dirt, the gray of the trees. I'm ready for the leaves to start showing up on the trees, the tulips to start sprouting up, the smell of spring and the temperature to start getting warmer.

Two days ago, I saw several robins when I went walking - the first ones this spring! Today it's just so nice outside, and I was out again and saw TONS of robins in one of the neighbor's yards. Wheeee!!!!
