I never thought I'd actually finish! I was just in Outland to do the fires for extra gold and decided to check just in case. Well! He's not targettable by the rare macro until you aggro him out of the ground and Hellfire is by far the most traveled leveling zone still, so I was expecting to have to camp and spend obscene amounts of time out there trying to find him!
