I want to have a chocolate fountain of blood for a Halloween party tonight. I tried mixing white chocolate chips with red food coloring and it didn't work too well. I googled and found out that I need oil based food coloring. Where in the Seattle area can I find oil based food coloring? Preferably North Seattle/Shoreline/Capitol Hill/Queen Anne/Ballard as these are the parts of town I will find myself in or near at some point today.
