Been awhile since I did an alt update, and they have by no means been quiet. In fact, one of my alts from Australia sent me some documents directly, instead of using a proxy like they normally do. I actually wrote him back to tell them that they failed to mail themselves, and the immediate reaction was for them to send me an entirely new set of docs.
