Well my nutrtion has seen some ups and downs that is for sure. I am definitly improving my diet more and more getting more calories gaining more consistency. However the closest I have come to 30% is 26% and beyond that I have been quite off other days. Which is a problem my 1st and final meal of the day are of very very little protein content like 12%.
