I come to you, Seattle, because the law does not agree with itself. While this is not unusual in and of itself, it is particularly frustrating for me in my current position. I'm a month-to-month tenant in an apartment complex on the Eastside. I received a notice on Friday (the 10th) stating that I have to vacate by October 31st, 2008.
