'Nother crappy day, so FLAPJACK ICONS it is!! An old lady (who's normally quite nice) made me cry today. I was trying to HELP and she flipped out. Of course, I'm fairly certain she has some mental instability - she'll come in three days in a row and ask the same thing and not remember. But still... I was just being friendly and trying to help!
