Guess what? If I sit around all day, I don't feel like anything is wrong with me. Now, the minute I do any exercise, I'm trashed...but it's actually quite refreshing to take a few days of utter sloth and feel NORMAL because of them. (Though that in itself is a bit odd, as normally exercise is very uplifting. But right now, it's down-dragging, so something that keeps me still...such as a cold or my period/etc...is kind of a benefit.
