Federal Plaza - Financial District - Manhattan Tall buildings loom over this large, rectangular area, and the ever-present Manhattan traffic flows by on two sides to meet at a corner. Straight lines, though, can only be found at the edges. Pass beyond the sidewalks, and you find yourself in an open plaza paved with round cobbles.
