Isn't it funny how the tables turn? When I first bought NCIS on DVD, I watched it constantly my mother would look at me funny. Now she never stops watching it! Anyhow, so while she was watching today, she asked me a question. Under Covers was the episode at the end Gibbs says Semper Fi as has been said by numerous character through the series.
