NaNoWriMo update

I fell a little behind this week, but don't believe catching up will be a problem. I'm at 7773 words so far. If you're at all interested in reading what I've written, and don't read my Creative Fiction blog, then I shall paste the story in this entry of my personal blog. I'll cut it (for LJ users) so you don't have this insanely long story taking up your friends page. S'UP DUDES. NaNoWriMo's doing well. I've kicked all gears open, and wrote about 9400 words in one day. This isn't counting the additional 1000 words I wrote before midnight hit the day before, but whatever. I'm crazy. I'm a madman! Completely mad! 19,412 words, done?! In case you're wondering: the significance of this is that I finished one part of the story and can advance to the next. Whoot! g-god I seriously have to do schoolwork tomorrow.

Jag började lite sent med nanowrimo i år. Men det är på gång. Och kanske för första gången på år är jag beredd att visa vad jag skriver åt någon.

Heh. I kinda like keeping this running tally going. It makes this into a game for me. Mind you, it's probably a good thing that NaNoWriMo is only one month - I have my doubts about my ability to keep this sort of thing going for an extended period of time. Still, things are going well. And I finally got the characters to the foothills... mostly. Wow. And I thought this was going to be a short story? It's already thirty pages and counting! ( I had a reasonable portion written before November...

I should be celebrating and taking it easy after achieving my 10,000-word milestone. But NaNoWriMo is unforgiving. There is another 1,6667 words to write today, and the next day, and the next day... I guess that's why it's working, huh? Blessings!
