Someone I do not know well pointed to a website which claims N-Acetyl Carnosine eyedrops can partially reverse and possibly cure cataracts. I asked Duncan what he thought of this. When he replies, I'll post it here. The site is written by a Libertarian SciFi writer, J. Neil Schulman, whom I am not familiar with. No idea how trustworthy he is.
