My training last night was pathetic! My legs don't feel sore one bit and my shoulders are just fine. I know why, I didn't push myself hard enough last night. My chest, abs, lower back, and arms where still a bit sore. Still heart rate did go up a bit, for a while, but, I did eat that whole carne-asada that night I smoked. That's a big worry.
