I saw Twilight . It entertained me, to be sure, apart from the fact that 1)they beat us over the head with the angsty, teenage sexual tension --and the abstinence-only propaganda --and 2)the plot didn't start until forty minutes in. Parts of it were pretty hot. Mostly, the dynamics of Edward's and Bella's relationship were as creepy and inappropriate as I'd suspected. "I feel very protective of you," Edward growls.
