6 days after opening the box, and I still can't make or receive calls. Things were promising today when I was talking with the porting dept at verizon and they were able to make a call to me and receive a call from me. They also were able to disable my ATT phone. I made some calls that night even - I called up a couple of verizon stores, ironically, looking for a case for that very phone.
