This afternoon Dan came home with some orphans. It seems that they were getting ready to throw out some White Bush Acorn Squash that had apparently seen better days. The plants are about 6 inches high and have faded out to almost white stems from (I suppose) a lack of sunlight. Very strange. There were actually 4 plants in the 3 cells; I separated the two that were together and said a prayer while watering all of them.
