Reading the passages in “A Prayer for Children” that I mentioned in my previous journal entry reminded me of something I’d recently read in Andrew Vachss’ book “Choice of Evil.” That definitely isn’t one of my favorite Vachss books – I didn’t enjoy the plot line as much as some of his others, and some of the “weird sex” scenes kind of got to me.
