Actually had someone call about my house over the weekend. I was a little stoned at the time, but none the less she simply wanted to know how much I was asking, then gave the "I'll tell my husband and get back with you" lone. I'm not hopeful, but it was a little ray of sunshine. Yeah, I fell off the wagon, as it were.
