Two, I think (having raided the extensive tags), have been done before - the Kurt Halsey theme and Sandman theme. In the case of the latter, however, the entry appears to be from 2005 and the links are somewhat deceased; but 90% of the theme images are from the same icon set (that being this post at obsessiveicons ).
