Argh. I survived yet another Performance Management Plan vis-a-vis with my manager today. This time, at least, involved less scheduling lectures. No improvement praise though (which I could have used a little of). And then there's the - Promotion . I simply have to get promoted. I am already 6 months behind what was an already delayed schedule by 1st quarter promos at March 31. It's already obvious to my peers that I'm uncomfortably belated.
